Boris Bidjan Saberi FW 09

This is probably one of my favourite collections for fw 09, and it’s only Boris’s second season. Imagine what we’ll see from him in three years..

There’s a lot of detail put into all the pieces, even the jeans/pants look great. The only pieces I haven’t seen in person are the bags and boots, but I’m not very drawn to them anyways.

I was caught scanning through the basics. The washed/wrinkled longsleeves look trill as fuck. Something easily to be layered with their drapey sweaters and cardigans.

There are definately similarities between Doma and Boris in terms of the loose fringy and drapey silhouette. I see Doma as being more elegant and Boris being very raw. I’ve definately pre-ordered a pair of jeans and a sweater, hopefully we’ll see more. Arto over at Scoute.org has a few showroom teasers for you guys.
